So should we keep a daily diary of out workout routines and diet to keep each other motivated?
Yesterday i had a bit of a lapse (on the second day?!?!) lol! But it was my uncles b-day party. I started out good but I HAD to have cake! I made up for it w/ a protein shake later on...it made me feel better at least! ;)
Today I had one egg white and one whole egg w/ a slice of whole wheat toast and skim milk w/ vitamins.
next is a dried fruit and nut trail mix
next turkey sandwich w/ lowfat mayo on wheat
next is banana w/ piece of light cheese
din-din is chicken w/ broccoli
chest back and shoulders in the gym w/ 1/2 hour cardio!
Hi Lola, Today's menu: Lowfat/high fiber (some $5 a box stuff from health food section)/low sugar cereal with 1% milk and coffee mid-morning snack: half apple with half container of vanilla atkins yogurt with sprinkling of nuts and flax seed Lunch: salmon and soba noodles from last night Afternoon snack: green tea and pc. of dark chocolate Dinner: Dont know yet
Workout: half hour run only. Cant get to my gym tonight
