I have had my george foreman grill for years.....and have NEVER used it but I really want to start.  I need to start cooking more for myself in general.  Does anybody have any ideas for me, what do you use it for?  Thanks!

My roommate uses hers a lot to cook things like chicken breasts and turkey burgers. I've never actually used hers, but I should.

I loooooooooove the George Foreman. Here are some of the MANY things I make on mine:

Turkey burgers and grilled onions (I do the onions next to the burgers)

Salmon and grilled asparagus (I steam the asparagus a bit in the microwave first, then grill on the George)

Marinated Ahi Tuna from Trader Joe's. Just take them out of the package and slap them on there. 5 minutes later they're done

Grilled chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme sprinkled on top.

BBQ chicken

Teriyaki chicken and grilled pineapple

Portobello burgers

Grilled japanese eggplant slices

Any recipe that calls for cooking the chicken first, I slap the chicken on the George to cook real quickly, then cut up and toss with whatever the recipe calls for.

The George also comes with a cookbook, and I've had good success with the recipes in it as well.
