I am in LOVE with Frederic Fekkai Glossing Cream!!!  It has worked wonders for me - my hair has never been softer - I can't stop running my fingers through it.  My hair tends to be drier and lack luster in the winter especially - this is the solution!  A little pricey, but honestly worth it!

I doesn't weigh mine down - but I am careful to only use it on the ends and not the roots to avoid the midday greasy hair look.
