I need a top for NYE. Help!

I am going to a party at a friend's house and I will most likely wear some cute jeans.  I would like to pair them with a sexy, cute, and classy top.  I would like something like this top, but I would like it to be slightly longer and not have buttons:

which aspect of the shirt do you like most - the sheer patterned fabric, the neck tie, or the halter?

victorias secret has this on sale for $30 but you'd have to try to get it sent by fed ex.
it's a halter and doesn't appear to have buttons.



other tops along those lines...

I like the fabric and the halter.  It doesn't necessarily have to be patterned though.
