Now, Which Shoes?

For This Dress For The Oaks? We will be doing quite a bit of walking, so comfort is important.  I will be taking a pair of flip flops in the clutch for the trip to the infield, it's pretty wild & crazy there so it won't matter what type shoes I'm wearing.  I'd love to have something with some color, but the only green shoes I've tried (Jcrew) I didn't love.  The black ones in the picture are comfy but I'm not sure they're perfect for the dress. Any suggestions?

I don't think I like those shoes with that dress, personally. But I have no suggestions for comfortable heels :(

Yeah, I'm with ttara, I don't like those shoes for that dress. They don't seem dainty enough to go with such a spring look. (Not that they aren't killer shoes.) As far as suggestions though, it is hard to say because everyone's level of comfort is different. You have also ruled out the J Crew shoes so I am tapped. Sorry:(!

I feel those shoes are a little too heavy for the dress. I think something more bare, maybe strappy, would look better. I don't have any specific examples though!

I think that dress would look cute with some spectator pumps:
Oh deer!

ooh, those Oh Deer! ones would be fabulous.
I think the black ones are too chunky, like the others said.

Thanks Fashionpriness - I really like those.  I have some similar in my Zappos shopping bag that I was *thinking* of trying with the dress.  On Zappos site the white in those shoes looks a lot more beige.  In person the dress has a light brighter white. I had looked at these:
BCBGirls Mori
Tahari

Yeah, I didn't search very much, those were just the first ones I came across that had the look I was thinking of, my computer has been super slow and my time limited.  Both pair you posted are cute, but the first ones are super cute!
