I really, really, really like the shoes. I think they are fun... the bag is nice but the shoes win my vote.

i think i might have accidentally voted for the bag but i think you should get the shoes. iirc, you already have an mj bag (or two

) and while you can never have too much of a good thing, the extra savings could go towards another equally fabulous purchase. the resort & spring lines should be in stores very soon!

I would get the shoes, however, I am not a big fan of the bag, but if you like it and have been lusting after it i say go for it.

I voted both. The shoes are hot, and for MJ they are not so $$. And you can always ebay when you are sick of them.

The purse I happen to have and I absolutely adore it (mine might be slightly different... can't really see the topstiching on this one - but it's a black mj sophia). It is the one handbag purchase in my life - and you know I have many - that I have been absolutely satisfied with and love more as the leather grows softer and more "loved." If the cost-per-wear ratio is a factor, factor that bag in. I have already carried it about 3X per week since buying it last spring... compared with an estimated average for my other bags of less than 0 average to 2 times per week.

aesthetically, i definitely prefer the shoes. they are definitely a statement piece. i think the purse may be a better investment but like someone said already, you can always ebay the shoes if you get tired of em! so on that note, i would go with both, or just the shoes.

I am voting for both, but I love the shoes more. They're a really interesting, unique color, and IMO you won't find anything similar for cheaper.

I think you should get both and see how often you use/wear them for the next month. If you don't adore them to death, you should be able to get close to what you paid on ebay.

Hey, if you're considering getting the shoes, I found one (the exact one) at Bloomingdales for alot cheaper... like, $215.99 cheap. It beats paying $250! They pretty much have sizes 6-10 medium left. Hope this helps!
