Help me find a dress for a wake/funeral please

I have a wake and funeral to attend Friday and Saturday and everything I own that is black is cocktail. I need something basic, classy, not too dressy, comfortable and under $300 please. I'm near pretty much every store there is so I can go tomorrow. Thanks for your help, I just don't have it in me to search myself right now.

have you thought about seperates? I think it might be a lot easier to find a black skirt and top.
