Help me find dress for Best friend's wedding

HI ST'ers....

I am in desperate need for a dress for my best friend's wedding. She is having a day wedding at a site that will be both outdoor (ceremony on lawn) and indoor (nice reception area). It will be in Austin, TX at noon so HOT!

I would like something short, dressy, and fitted, in a bright color. I have looked forward to this day for a long time so I want something nice and special, I just cant seem to find what I'm looking for. I am petite (size 0 and 4'11) so poufy and over the top are really not my thing...

Budget (no more than $350)

All of these come in petites (or are meant to hit a taller person above the knee), so hopefully length wouldn't be a problem smile.gif.
