I've always had a secret little preppy girl inside of my who has always admired Lilly Pulitzer dresses. I was in Loehmann's today and I saw a dress in this print, but in a sheath style



I tried this dress on and it was so adorable on. Now please tell me that I'm crazy for wanting pink elephants on a dress so I don't buy it...the dress was $79.99 there.


(EDIT: there's also another strapless one that a blue print with monkeys on it that I want too...)

Umm, I have a skirt with pink hippos on it. What do you think I'm going to say. If you are think you would wear it... then get it. That's a really good price too.

I love Lilly and unless you hate Lilly, I think it is a great piece to have in your closet. For an afternoon summer wedding, beach trip, and more and more. That is a great price too!

Thanks girls for your encouragement! I do like the dress (and Lilly in general, it's just so much fun) and it fits my quirky personality, but I'm going to wait a couple of weeks and see if they go on clearance. I'm not in need of the dress in the least so I should probably be good for now. And I don't really see tanned LA hipster sheep types stealing all my dream Lillys.
