I just tried the recipe for Oatmeal Raisin cookies from the new issue of Martha Stewart Living. They turned out so well! It's really simple and makes ALOT of cookies - like 5 dozen. Yum! The recipe's not online yet, but I'll post it if anyone's interested.

We made oatmeal craisins, toll house choc. chip, peanut butter blossoms ( with the hershey's kiss), ginger bread men (based on colonial Williamsburg, VA's recipe) sugar cookie cut outs and snickerdoodles.
Tomorrow I start on quick breads, Thursday night is rum soaked bread puddings.
I LOVE holiday baking and the best part is I get SO sick of looking at it while I bake this I eat so little of it.
