Number 1 looks too matronly to me--I think it is the skirt that does it.  Number 2 is really cute though!

#1 seems extremely long, and the halter/v-neck seems like it would be unflattering.

#2 is a pretty shape and cut. I would like it if it was in a more neutral color. The combo of pastel green and the ruffle throws me off. In gray or black I'd really like it.

#3 I think could be really cute with jeans - a red ribbon sash or black patent belt would change the look too.

#4 I'm not a big fan of.
