This is similar to the shape of my hair cut but I feel like I need to tweak it a bit to make it a little more fun/sassy.  My hair is fine.  Any thoughts?

I do like the back of that one...I don't know about the front.  Would you carry the layers into the sides but leave the bangs alone?

i think it would look good if you had it razored on the ends, then it would be a little more "undone" and younger looking. i also like the idea of shortening it to
the length of posh's style.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I think I will get the back more layered and maybe get the sides razored so it's not such a blunt edge.  Undone is a good way to describe what I'm wanting.  I feel like I tend to get in a rut of trying to have my hair too in place.
