Does anyone know of a common brand of plain iced green tea with no honey, no sweetners, nothing extra? I got totally hooked on it in Japan and I know I can get it at a few Asian supermarkets here but I was hoping there is a brand like Arizona or something that makes this kind. So far everything I've found is gross.
Yes, I do know *of* it, and have even had it, but I don't remember the name! Grrr. They have regular green tea, and they also have green jasmine tea, all unsweetened. They're good, too. Have faith -- they do exist!
ETA: I'll take a look around tonight and see if I can find it. I know they have hiku (sp?) on the side of the bottle, which I think is cool.

I'm so excited! My cafeteria has a really good beverage selection but the only green tea they had was some nasty sweetened stuff, but today they had Teas' Tea Pure Green Tea. Now I remember seeing this brand before, but of course I couldn't find it when I wanted it! I hope they continue getting it in my cafeteria for a while.
I am so excited. I'm really trying to kick my Diet Coke habit and having easy access to this will definitely help!
In case you're ever looking for some, M2M (the Asian supermarket on 11th St @ 3rd Ave) has larger bottles of several brands of iced green tea. I think I tried all of these brands in Japan and they were all unsweetened. Luckily my sister lives down the block so I'm in the neighborhood fairly often.
