Do they really help? I'd definitely wear these around the house/in the yard if they are helpful, but I don't want to pay $50 for some pieces of crap :)

That seems really gimmicky, IMO.

I'm thinking of investing in a professional airbrusher instead of real exercise. You can borrow him sometimes!

I've seen these around for awhile. I have no idea if they work or not, although I am curious if wearing them around the house will actually improve my calf muscles because there's no way in hell I'd wear them in public. Fit or not, they're ugly.

I think if you wore them 30 hours a day they would work, but seeing as how that's not possible, and they are pretty ugly, I think doing some squats and lunges at odd times during the day would be far better.

So funny to see this, because a friend of mine mentioned these the other day. She said her coworker wears them and they have helped her posture and she has seen some improvement in her leg muscles as well. I agree though that I don't think I could wear those in public regardless of how well they work!

yeah, you'd look better in a nicer outfit and nice shoes.
I have also heard that they work though.

I saw them in-person at Macy's too a few weeks ago.  I didn't try them on cuz they're so ugly and I was exhausted from being at the mall for hours.  I think that footwear can help you strengthen/improve tone/whatever because I have a pair of shoes that kind of do this same thing that flipflops claims.  My shoes were not marketed for this purpose though.

soooooo ugly. They might make your legs look better but who the hell would notice because your feet would be so distracting that is all anyone would look at!
