Outfit Challenge - Saturday Night

My DH and I are going out with friends to a swank restaurant to celebrate a successful work project.  I want to get a new dress or skirt/top combo, and I'm looking for your guidance.  Here's the trick: because of the late date I am limited to the following B&M stores in my area:

Banana
JCrew
Anthro
Bebe
BCBG
Dillards
White House/Black Mkt
Ann Taylor

I would like to spend less than $200, and I have a million shoes/bags that can go with anything so that isn't a concern.wink

Please help!  Nothing is inspiring me lately.

Thanks for all of your suggestions! Many of the Anthro dresses posted were not in the store by me, especially the beautiful cream/white one that D posted cry

But I think I did well:
