I'm selling a few things on ebay and a few people have bid on my items that are in Europe.  is the only way to ship with delivery confirmation to europe via express mail?  on the usps website, it says you can ship to major international destinations with delivery confirmation via priority mail but when I went to the post office, they said I couldn't.  is anyone in the know?

i do not know if you can get DC on int'l priority, but if it's a big ticket item, i always insure!
