My friend won $1 million on Price is Right!

One of my best friend's ex husband won a million dollars on Price is Right!  She just told me this morning.  He is the sweetest man you'll ever meet, and so deserving.  He's working as a preschool teacher right now.  I'm so excited for him!  2 cars, some other stuff and one million dollars!

WOW thats so funny! My mom and I had actually seen this episode a couple of weeks ago! I was so happy for him.


So I dont know if you or anyone else knows, but do the winners get to keep all of the prizes? My dad had told me once that they still take out the taxes so you probably wont keep all of it but you do get some or most of it.

Aww yay!

Ranchera20- My friend was on the price is right and she said they give you exactly what you see. You aren't allowed to trade it in for anything. At the end of the year they send you a 1099 and you have to pay taxes on it as if it were income. She was a little sad about this too. It was when she was in college and she won an extremely ugly couch. She was hoping she would get to trade it in for cash since they said the couch was worth so much. She didn't get to though. =(

I saw this guy on Talk Soup (or at least the clips of him winning). He looks so damn excited to win! Sounds like it couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. Good for him!
