LOVE the color! And I don't think it looks like underwear.

I do love the color, but I'm not a huge fan of the dress itself.

I like the color too, a lot actually!!

However, the silver stripe looks a little off with the black trim and lacey part up top.

Ditto!

I love it. I think it will be so unique, it almost has a vintage appeal to it.

I'd prefer the silver band to be black...as it, the does doesn't wow me, although the color is beautiful and it definitely doesn't look like lingerie.

Something about the black/blue/silver combo throws me off too.

IMO, if you want a dress to wear to mulitple functions i think it would be better to go with a simplier dress that you could change accessories on. Wearing a unique-looking dress too many times in a row might get boring.

That's my feeling too.

You could add a black belt or sash to the dress to make it different, and cover the silver.

That's a good idea. Maybe I'll order it and try that out.

I've been looking a lot and maybe it's still too early, but I haven't been totally wowed by anything out there yet. I did love one dress in red (which I posted about separately) but it was sold out in my size.
