Getting salt stains out of clothing?

Does anyone know a way to get salt stains out of clothes? My favorite jeans are stained near the hem from salt, even though I've washed them several times. TIA!

I read that regular washing should remove the stain. Since you've already washed them maybe it isn't salt?
