Okay I posted in the happy party but I need to vent about a co-worker. I was at work the other day and talking to my home superviser and this co-worker made this comment" Can you please not wear tight clingy clothes b/c you have no shape: WTF HELLO I KNOW MY SHAPE IS NOT LIKE IT USED TO BE BUT DAMN she made me so mad I had to leave for a min and it brought tears to my eyes. These days Iam feeling self conscious about my shape and I sure dont need any help. This co-worker has made comments before and I usually just ingore it but not his time, I told her if she does not like it than she can leave
Smallfry, this coworker is CLEARLY an insecure, unhappy human being with no boundries. please know you are a beautiful, beautiful woman and everytime i see you in TS I think to myself, "what a cutie" (I'm not even lying!) You are with child, and the number one concern right now is you and your childs health, not whether you look like heidi klum. chin up and know you have more heart than that coworker ever will, which is what is truly important in life. I'm sending you a big ole' hug! XOXOXOX

I agree with the others, she is definetely someone who is very insure and jealous. I have an aunt close to my age who must dress in the dark and not own a hairbrush. There was one time I was holding my little brother on my waist which pulled the fabric on my dress tight around my waist. My aunt has the damn nerve to ask (in front of my entire family) if I was pregnant or just fat cuz my stomach was getting big!!!!! Another time I was wearing an empire waist halter and she asked me the same thing. She has no etiquette and manners! Inside my head I was like, "trust me...you aren't in a position to put others down when you look the way you do".
collegegirl5858 thanks for the kind words that made me feel better. Big hugs back to you!!!! Well I decided to just let it go for now. Although the co-worker knew I was pissed off at her b/c i did not talk to her only when it was necssary about work. If she does make any more remarks i will take it further
I could give 2 sh*ts what someone is wearing and whether they have the "shape" to wear it at work bc guess what, I'm too busy doing work to notice!
If I were you, I would wear nothing but tube dresses to work.
I would definately report it to HR, not as anything serious but who knows how many judgemental, rude remarks she has made to other coworkers, hurting feelings and disrupting the work that you're doing. I could imagine myself being so upset that I'd be unable to perform my job until I cooled off.
you are a beautifull woman, mother, daughter and wife. carrying a child, no need to be concerned of the way you look. you are beautifull. AND I LOVE YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!
