Eeeeee!! Metric, I am having a good hair day too, for the first time in weeks. It has done wonders for my mood today.

I was stressing horribly about a group meeting I had to lead today on a difficult/uncomfortable topic, and it went amazingly well! Huge sigh of relief.

After a year of renovations and spending boatloads of money, our house finally feels pretty instead of a sad work in progress.

 Why wouldn't you be able to hang out with them? If you genuinely like them and want them to be your friends, there's no need to ditch them for new ones. smile I know tons of people who are still really good friends with people from high school, or even from childhood. I wish I was still really good friends with my childhood/high school best friend.

Anyway, here's mine- I start grad school classes on Saturday. YAY!!!!!

Is it really pathetic that I just went to the bathroom and was absolutely delighted to see that all the blackheads on my nose are starting to get better? Or maybe it's my new makeup...either way, it totally made my day.

 I guess I said that a little wrong. I definitely love them to pieces and I do  enjoy their company - it's just that I want more friends in addition to them. This sounds so cliche but we've all changed, obviously, while we were all away at school or different cities. I feel like I've grown in ways they don't understand, and vice versa. Plus it doesn't help that my high school boyfriend has been trying to hit on me every time he sees mewink

because yesterday I found out what my raise was gonna be as a result of my promotion and it is a little over double my salary *sings and dances to we're in the money*

I am so  happy for all you ladiesbiggrin Things are really good in my life too, new hubby and baby on the way. Chris is  doing alot better with  his behavior at home.  This has alot to do with a postive male role model at home.  Oh and we got a new  lcd flat screen tv w/ a  surround sound  system and a new  computerbiggrin  Iam almost 7 months along yeah!!!

WHOOT!!!!!    almost forgot... a good tax return so we will be getting a 2nd  vechile. A small car that is good on gas.

Wow such great things for everyone.  Ayo, that is an amazing promotion congrats!
Let's see...hubby and I are really doing well being on the same financial page, and it's making me feel great and secure! Plus we can talk about it and share more openly.  We even calmly handled te fact we owe state taxes from the move and change of jobs.  Plus this month was his best sales month yet, yay for commision checks!
Ms.Madie will be 2 in a few weeks!  I am excitedly planning her party, including makng a tutu and custom t-shirt, fun!
