Good morning! How did everyone do last week? I fell a day short of my goal. I had an evening work event on Tuesday and got home a bit later than usual and just didn't feel like going to the gym. So no reward for me, but I still feel great because I worked out four days last week and have lost a couple pounds.
My goal for this week is six hours of cardio (over five days) and strength training on Tues, Wed, Thurs. Reward is a new chemical peel from makeupartistschoice.com. I've been using their 40% glycolic acid peel for about a month with great results and would like to start using one of the lower level TCA peels.
I have been sick so I completely fell off the wagon. No pilates, no swimming, no nothing. I sat on my ass all week. I promise I'll do better as soon as I feel better.
I fell short too, I was hoping to work out 5 days instead of the 4 days I've been working out the past 2 weeks, but ended week 3 with only 4 days again. At least I'm working out right?
