Problems with VS online?
Permalink Closed

I ordered some stuff from VS last week. I got part of the order today and although I noticed the stuff took a day or two than usual, I thought nothing of it.  However, I just looked on the label on the box, it had my old address from over 2 years ago, WAY before I had started placing any orders with them online.  I am wondering why/how they would have that address.  My billing address is different so it can't be that either.  I guess the UPS noticed it since I had other packages come in from other places and fortunately delivered it together.

Now I'm worried because I haven't received the rest of my order and I see that the remainder was shipped regular postal mail with no tracking information.  I also checked "my account" section and only my mom's and my current billing/shipping addresses are listed.  I'm crossing my fingers that the remaining order was shipped to the correct address (VS only shows what I ordered, but not to where it was shipped, I have to go to "my account" to see the current settings).  I'm calling them tomorrow AM....

I'm just wondering if this has ever happened to anyone?  I'm really paranoid cuz I had an incident with Delias last year and although I was able to recover my package, Delias for the most part was very unhelpful.

I ordered from them before Christmas and had trouble. They recently moved/changes their shipping warehouse and it created a HUGE delay for me. They did send me a $20 or $25 e-certificate without my asking, so they are aware that they blew it.
