Need a cute wallet
Permalink Closed

I bought one from Urban, a Loop one, but it wouldn't stay closed. I need something that either has a zipper closure, a secure button, or some kind of twisty lock thing. Nothing flimsy that can only hold one card (all my Anthro/Ulta/Sephora shopper cards keep it full).

I'd something kind of funky and/or cute, but I'd settle for basic and pretty if all else fails.

Urban one I bought first and returned (Loop) but was too flimsy and wouldn't stay shut:

I also like this one from anthro but it's too pricey:
Library Wallets

Any suggestions? I'd like to stay under $100 if possible (preferably a lot under but I'm willing to spend more if I really like it).

Orla Kiely makes some cute ones. These are $74.

What about wallets by Lodis? They're pretty, nice color combinations. At Nordstrom's they run around $160 I believe, but I got mine off of Ebay and I've been using it for a couple of years now. I love it because it has worked great as a travel wallet, and also keeps all my cards/random slips of paper/ etc organized.

Can't check ebay from work but I'll look at home. The OK's are cute as well. I especially like the blue one.

This is what I was going to suggest. I have a Lodis wallet I got from zappos, actually. They are really unique looking -- I get compliments on mine all the time.

I'll third Lodis. I always get compliments on mine, it holds a ton too! I've had mine now probably 4 years and it is in great condition.

i have an orla kiely wallet very similar to the ones jaymiek posted... mine is yellow and green and not as shiny. it's perfect for me/my lifestyle, since i didn't want a formal-ish wallet.

Ooo!  Check out Designers Guild.  Their stuff is basic, but the colors are fun and the materials are so nice.  Great prices too.

For you girls with Lodis - which ones do you recommend?

I kind of like these - any experience with any of them?

I couldn't really see any of the wallets on the website. Are they available online somewhere else?

Sorry bout that.  Near the top-right of main site, click the store you want to view (USA or UK) and click "Leather" to see what they have.

Large Ballet Wallet

I have the ballet wallet, which is this style. It holds plenty and has a clasp that doesn't come undone. I got mine from Von Maur.
