Artisan blue
What is the sizing like is this dress?  I have never bought a dress from BR, but I have bought a skirt and I took a size 4 in it (extreme vanity sizing).  I am usually a 6 in clothes except for what I have bought at BR.  Should I get a size 4 in this dress?

i really like that dress! it reminds me of a DVF that i was swooning over, and of course the price on this would be much more do-able. :)

So I got this dress today. I LOVE it, the material is very soft and it's thick enough to wear during the winter. I've already thought of several different ways to style it. I would say it runs a bit large. I ordered my regular size and it fit but it had a bit more room, which is fine since I plan to layer it from time to time. The picture is pretty accurate in terms of color.

HTH!

scarlett you're exactly right, that's why I went for the dress it reminded me of a DVF that I loved but I wasn't willing to pay the price for.

it's still on there but they only have larger sizes :\

I love this dress.  I bought it back in October and it's actually the dress I wore for NYE in my threadstyle post.  It's handwashable, wrinkle resistant and non-itchy.  The only downside is that it gets a little stretched out after sitting in the office all day.  I'm probably going to wear mine with a suit jacket to the office tomorrow and then for drinks with some friends after work.  (I wish I'd bought it in black!)

What is the sizing like, kittenheels?  The last thing I bought from BR was a skirt and I took a size 4, but that was two years ago.  I usually wear a size 6 everywhere else.  If it helps, I am 35 inches around the largest part of my chest.  Also, is the material heavy?  Thanks.
