Hey girls, I'm looking for a dress in the Jan '08 Lucky, the one with Blake whatshername on the cover.
 
The dress is worn by a cute blonde with a little bob haircut in the feature article where they have someone buy a bunch of stuff that they like. She's a stylist, I think and she's wearing it with a (expensive-looking)!) belt. Anyway I'm thinking the dress is maybe Rachel Pally? I feel like I've seen cheaper versions of it by Old Navy or Gap. TIA!!
