B:  2 pieces ezekiel bread w/ ff cottage cheese, coffee

L:  vegetable soup; avocado, grapefruit, and red onion salad

S:  tea, pear

D:  Potato gratin, chorizo stuffing, glazed green beans, cranberry crumble

E:  30 minutes on the elliptical!

I'm so happy the holidays are over and I can eat healthily again! I feel so gross...

L: tiny piece of leftover ladagna
D: leftover crab and corn chowder (very low fat)
