Lace Shirts in California
Permalink Closed

My aunt is super into fashion and she lives in Northern California and goes to SoCal a lot too.  She started telling me that lace shirts were really in in California and that she got two pairs for forty dollars each and she's waiting until the end of the season to buy more.  According to her Macy's has them and she's seen a lot of the women around town wearing them.  I am Northern chick and have no clue what she is talking about... anyone know?

Thanks much!

I live in CA and have no idea what she's referring to... Maybe it's just a SoCal thing? I live in SF

the only thing I can think of is the general trend of lacy, blousy, feminine tops.

Ladies, what a phenomenal response! Thanks for confirming my suspicion that this is a bit dotty. I'm going to get to the bottom of this, I promise. My aunt is currently over China on her way to India, but I'll call her when she gets back in a week or two and find out what is what ie. what in heaven's name she was talking about.
Thanks, thanks, thanks!!! :)
