Breakfast:  Oddwalla Bar and Yogurt
Snack:  Peanut Butter and Celery
Lunch:  Turkey Meatloaf and Brussel Sprouts
Snack:  Snow Peas and slice of Roast Beef
Dinner:  Grilled Chicken, Brown Rice and Asparagus

Exercise:  1 hour session with trainer (weights) and 15 minutes elliptical.

9.5 lbs to go. winner.gif

L: 1/2 portion of leftover ziti
D: either chicken enchiladas or turkey pastrami ruebens with alexia onion rings

B/L: 2 eggs (scrambled with a splash of milk and some shredded cheese), toast with butter, yogurt, a glass of o.j.
S: a granola bar, grande nonfat peppermint hot chocolate with no whip from starbucks, half of a penguin cookie
D: marinated chicken breast, veggies, brown and wild rice

I'm glad we're doing this again.

B: whole grain waffle, 1 tablespoon reduced fat pb
L: 2 garden burger patties with ketchup (no buns or anything)
S: 100 calorie crackers with 2 reduced fat laughing cow wedges
D: wheat bun, garden burger patty, 1 tablespoon hummus, 2 slices 2% cheese; sweet potato fries (baked, not fried); chocolate vita chocolate covered almonds thing (super great - 140 calories for a whole package)

No gym tonight due to decorating the xmas tree impromptu party and working late (went yesterday and will go tomorrow)
