I went to the doctor and it was confirmed!  Since I had a miscarriage in August, I was able to have an ultrasound done, and we could see the little heartbeat!!!  My doctor wants to do an ultrasound every 2 weeks for a bit just to make sure all is well.
I'm so happy!  aww
