Any ideas? I'm not really sure of what his interests are.  I want to spend $20-$30. TIA!

I work at a retail store and this is what boys about that age buy:

New release action DVD
Athletic brand beanie or tee (Puma, Nike, etc.)

Other than the above mentioned, when my brothers were that age they would have appreciated a McDonald's gift card.

Also check the store at Comedycentral.com - they often have great tees or other show merch (assuming he likes Comedy Central as much as every other adolescent boy I know).
