Etsy item that never came...

So I bought a print off of Etsy, but it never came.  I sent an e-mail to Etsy, but haven't heard back from them, its been about a month.  The print was only $15, but I'm still pist.  Has this happened to anyone else?

Did you email Etsy or the Etsy seller? I'm not really sure what Etsy can do about it. How long ago did you buy the print?

both.  She (the seller) didn't respond, either did etsy, actually, but I thought they should know. It was over a month ago.

Could you file a dispute with Paypal? honestly I've never had to do that so I'm not entirely sure how it works, but my friend was talking about opening a dispute with Paypal the other day. They didn't refund her immediately, but said that the next time the seller got any money in his account, it would be automatically transferred to her. So maybe you could get a refund through there.

 Dude, that's totally a bummer. I have no idea what your recourse would be, except maybe PayPal if that's what you used. I sorta always figured the folks on Etsy to be totally better than Ebay! How disheartening.

I was also going to suggest you file a dispuit through paypal, if you paid through paypal.
