I'm actually torn between #2 and #3. The tan, plain leather is so beautiful and classic but the red is such a stand-out piece that it becomes a classic just because of the color. I'm really torn. If I was shopping for myself, I would actually pick the red, even though I'm one of those who don't enjoy logos. Would red work into your style well?

ETA: Thinking more about it...I think the tan works better with what I've seen of your TS posts and style.
