thanks for the votes!  I got into the salon and was thinking of going with #1 but my stylist and I just decided to go crazy with some shades of red and a bit blonde.  Then he gave me some bangs, I love it!  These aren't the best pictures it's a bit more red than in the pic, but check it out!

I want to do something different with my color (dark brown now with a few highlights thrown in).  I love Kate Walsh's red hair but I also miss being blonde.

I played around in clairol studio and came up with these.  Which do you think is most flattering?  I'm a bit worried I may not have the skin coloring to pull off red.

1.  Dark brown or black - closest to what I have now

2.  Blondest - I've never been this blonde, but everytime I watch "Girls Next Door" I start to think it would be fun

3.  This would be the closest to my natural color, with highlights.

4.  Trying to find a red that might be flattering...I guess this is really auburn

Dark brown/black looks stunning on you, but if you want to go red, I think the auburn looks really pretty too!

I think #1 looks the most natural, but the blondest and the aubern are also both fun and flattering and I think you could pull either of those off. So it really depends on what you're looking for. Not much of a help, I know.

Same there, though I'm leaning towards the darker colors for fall/winter.

I think #4 looks great! I actually like all of them, except for #2--I think it's too blonde for you. You're lucky that your coloring allows you to go in so many directions--I'm jealous! smile.gif

You could pull them all of easily, but I think # 3 and #4 are my favorites. #3 may be easier though, because red really requires alot of maintenance as it fades easily. I laughed about your platinum blonde reference to the Girls Next Door. When I watch that show I always tell my hubby I want to be bunny blonde too!

haha I'm glad you thought that was funny.  Sometimes when I admit to people I love that show they seem disgusted!

Halah-It looks great! It really brings out your eyes! Don't worry I have a friend who views that show as disgusting also, but she never misses Rock of Love or I Love New York! People who live in glass houses... LOL!
