Our Nordstrom experienced an armed robbery today. The police searched for 2 hours and couldn't find the guy. The news article said he stole from "a jewelry counter." The fine jewelry section is very isolated and close to a door (not smart). I'm assuming that is where he hit. I never think about armed robbery in the mall!

Oh yeah, the malls are definitely not a place of safety. Almost two years ago there was a guy who went on a shooting rampage in the mall. Thankfully something that day told me not go to that mall and go to the other one or else I would have been in the middle of it. You just never know what is going to happen these days!
