Help! Seeing my ex tomorrow and I have a HUGE zit!

So I randomly ran into my ex of like two years this summer (we broke up for geographical reasons) and decided to get together this fall.  I'm single and I think he's single and we're living much closer now and I'd really like for something to happen but I have a HUGE ZIT RIGHT BELOW MY BOTTOM LIP!  I know this sounds like a stupid Seventeen magazine question, but does anyone have any magical cures?  Please????

Camphophenic! You can buy it at any drug store or walmart or target. Its an antibiotic ointment and works really well (overnight!). It does have a terrible smell.

Worst case scenario: put some toothepaste on it overnight. It'll dry it up. Right before you meet him, put some visine drops on it to reduce the redness. It's a temporary fix but it works, temporarily.

Good luck!

Oh and a touch of green concealer (cheapie Maybelline will do) will help hide the redness if it's pretty large.
