anyone seen these flats IRL?

They are from Target:  41lN6Lk-M4L._SS384_.jpg

I know that for $11 they are not calf-hair, but they sort of look fake calf-hairsih in the pic.  Do they have that texture?

I have some similar that are leopard. They are sort of a velvety texture. They also have a velvet texture on part of the bottom of the shoe, so on very smooth tile, I tend to go slipping around. HTH
