collette - what is this holy grail of mascara?

It's the cover girl lash exact mascara. I've tried all the expensive ones Dior Show, Chanel, Too Faced Lashe Injection and nothing has been as fantatic as hte cover girl one!

I am with you and Kitty!  I have tried so many mascaras throughout the years and was never quite happy with any of them (I had major smudging issues).  Just a few weeks ago I bought CoverGirl Professional mascara and I love it!  And it is so cheap!

I am really surprised... I couldn't disagree more.  I loved the new rubber wand technology that came out.  I used a Max Factor version and loved it, then repurchased a few times and was less impressed.  I tried Lash exact and Volume exact and both were HO HUM at best.  Maybe its me?

I loved the Stila sumdgepots when I bought them, but they dried out too fast. I now swear buy Smashbox creme liner. It wears almost as long (def. will go the day), but doesn't dry out, and comes in more colors. They sell a pallatte with tons of colors for around $32. I have only bought the pots, but want the whole shebang next time I go to Sephora.

You'll have to show us what you got! It would be so fun to get all new eye makeup (without the pinkeye and all).

Ooo, I didn't think of that - I'm on my second different kind of rubber brush, and I haven't been satisfied with either. They just don't work with my lashes, they clump too much. Maybe I won't try the Lash Exact.

I doubt it'll ever become a classic or anything, but I got a gift-sized tube of Lancome's L'Extreme mascara. I really like it. It makes my lashes fan up and out with a very fine quality- -very long too. Somethin' to try I guess.
