So I ordered & paid for a book on 8/31 & I never receieved it.  I emailed the seller two weeks ago to check the status & he said that it was sent out on 9/2 & that media mail can "be awfully" slow.  Fine, but I always order on half and have never had an issue like this.  I sent him an email last Monday to see if he had some sort of tracking number- no response & again on Monday & no response.  Is he obligated to refund my money or am I out b/c I didn't purchase insurance?  And what about feedback?

FWIW, media mail is usually 9-14 days and can take as long as 21. (I memorized it when I was selling lots of books on amazon) so it should definitely be there by now. I never used half, but it's an ebay company, right? I feel like they would intervene if you asked, especially since he's not responding.
