Would anyone know where Scarlet would of gotten these? Or really, where they are from/who makes them?    (The moccasins)

(Or even, isnt there a website where you send in a photo of a celebrity and they tell you where they got their clothes?   ...Hmm, I thought there was...)

I'm pretty sure they're Minnetonka Moccasins. I have them in a brown color, and they're so comfy!

Try doing a search on google, their are tons of places that sell them. I bought mine at Nordstroms, but it was a few years ago.

They look like regular Minnetonka moccasins. Not very spendy, either, but super comfortable. If you Google them, you'll find a lot of places selling them.
