Yoga Toes Update?
Permalink Closed

I think a number of us purchased yoga toes recently -- I was just curious how they were working out for everyone! I think they're helping my feet, although it's hard to really tell. I feel like my toes are spreading out a bit and my bunions (which are not that prominent to begin with) are less noticeable. The thing I like most is that I feel like my feet are getting better circulation.

Yoga Toes kick serious ass!

I lost my first pair in April (I bought my first pair quite some time ago), and have since replaced them, and am giving them to a few family members for Christmas.

I think that they are helping my feet. Plus, I think they feel good at the end of the day just to help relax. I bought some peppermint foot spritz and love to put on my yoga toes and spritz my feet and relax.

Do you just put them on while you're lounging?  What does the company say they can do for feet?  (I'm in a public computer lab right now and don't feel comfortable going to the site; and feet gross me out a little).

I have been wearing mine off and on (I keep forgetting) and they do feel like they're working!

pollyjean- they're supposed to stretch/relax your foot muscles to help reduce bunions, hammertoes, etc.
