No one asked for a review of these but I love them so much I wanted to tell you guys:
MICHAEL Michael Kors Olivia Double Strap
They're Michael by Michael Kors - 4" heel and unbelievably comfortable - wore them yesterday for the first time, walked a ton and felt like I was walking on air the whole time. Just had to go back and order them in brown too.

HTH someone looking for cute, comfy shoes! I think they're great for work.
