This Shoe with a skirt/suit?

I need shoes that I can wear comfortably for a full day at the office with skirts, wrap dresses and the occasional suit.  I have other dressier shoes but sometimes my feet are tired and I need a more comfortable shoe.  I picked up these today but am wondering if they are a bit too casual for a pencil skirt or wrap dress.  What do you think?
