I plan to order some items and use the $75 off $250 code that's on their front page.  Given my bad luck with them, does anyone know how they handle refunds if I end up returning part of my order?  Will I lose the $75 savings first?

yep. they'll definitely take the discount away if you return items & your total ends up being under $250. cry

Second that.  It happened to me a while ago, I wanted to exchange an item for a different size, it was out of stock and I've lost the discount...furious

I don't see why they can't divide up the discount.   In some instances, it's cheaper to give something away than return it!
