Need recs for a good dept store moisturizer!

I'm looking for a good department store moisturizer. In the fall and winter, my skin is too dry for drug store moisturizers.

Does anyone have any that they absolutely love? I'm willing to spend quite a bit if it works well enough. Thanks!

This is my fave. It moisturizes well but isn't goopy and globby. I find it to be a little too heavy for summer, so that should make it great for cold weather. Origins A Perfect World Antioxidant Moisturizer with White Tea
