So my neurologist always freaks on me when I come into his office and dont have my MA jewelry on, and I never found it to be a big deal...until yesterday. I had an "incident" where I didn't have any identification on me and I had a seizure and they were unable to identify me. Now I am faced with the fact that I should probably just get one of those hideous things. Have you guys seen a decent looking one? All of the ones I see are ugly. I would appreciate help! TIA.

I should have a medical ID, but instead I just bought a regular sterling silver charm and had the back engraved to say "Chris Last Name, hypoglycemia, husband's phone #"
This is the charm I have, but the company, Far Fetched, has tons of inspirational quote charms that would fit your info on the back.
And, then I have one of the sporty IDs for when I exercise. It totally gives me comfort to have the info on me. I used to get faint and then I'd make it worse because the fear of passing out and having no one know what to do would make me panic. Low blood suger combo w/ panic attack is not good.
Thanks girls, yeah, it was scary (and embaressing) ugh. not to mention I cant drive for 6 months now. double ugh.
I really like the ones you posted luckylily and D, thank you!
