Do you have Max and Erma's restaurants in your town?  If so, go to one of their locations and ask for a "Good Neighbor" card.  Once you get the card, you register it online (be sure to "opt in" for their email specials).  You get a few bucks credited to the card for signing up then each week in September they credit you five dollars on the card (just enough for their awesome tortilla soup!)...Hope this helps!

so can I just sit around and get $5 a week all september and then at the end go and spend it all on one meal? or does my $5 expire every week?

No, you get five dollars each week but it does expire at the end of each week so you can't "bank" the dollars.
