I gained 5 lbs over the labor day weekend....I have to get back on track. I'm doing the South Beach Diet (no carbs during my first two weeks) so I'm on Phase 1, day 1 today.
B: Veggie, Ham, and cheese quiche, skim milk S1: Toatsted Chick peas L: Mixed greens salad w/ goat cheese and italian dressing S2: Califlower and Brocolli and hummus D: Ground turkey and black bean chili S3: Mock Wendy's frosty (1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 packet sugar free swiss miss, 1 cup ice, blend all together)
E: I dont' think I'm going to have a chance to do any today. If I would have thought about it ahead of time, I would have exercised this morning.
Ugh, I can't seem to shake this 8-10 lbs I gained after my accident. I'm determined to do it before I head to Nepal though, so I'm going for a hard push, with exercising and eating correctly.
B: PB sandwich Snack: Beef jerky Lunch: Veggie Burger on Light Whole Grain English muffin Snack: Cheese and whole grain crackers Dinner: Low Fat Shrimp Scampi
E: 1 hour with personal trainer, 20 minutes on elliptical.
ooh, I was thinking about posting this again too! I'm feeling so gross lately. Back to doing WW for me!
B: 1/2 c. kashi with 1/4 c. skim L: salad; lettuce, 1/4 grilled chicken breast, 1/4 c. RF feta, 6 kalamata olives, diced cucumber, Newman's light cesar, and 1/2 a pita S: plum D: going to a baseball game that includes a picnic, so not much choice. I plan on havign one hamburger and a small handfull of chips.
E: no time, other than walkign around at the game.
