Has anyone checked out this book?  I'm wondering if it's just a rant or if it has good advice for eating well.  Thanks

I don't know what type of diet book you are looking for, but I think that Skinny Bitch has a focus of a vegitarian and vegan diet and they ask readers not to eat meat, dairy, sugar, refined flour or artificial sweeteners. Hope that helps!
