STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

so ladies, right now im working for Gucci.  at first, my goal was to become some sort of manager at the high end stores, after working there for a bit im starting to loose interest in the retail business. 

I've been thinking about opening up a nail salon and was wondering if anyone here has any tips on the nail salon business in general.  i would need to get a nail tech license first but i feel that im such an amateur about this that i need some advice.  any suggestions on good nail schools (in vegas)? im not sure what questions i need to be asking but any advice from the business pov or from the beauty pov would help.  or if you think of something that your nail salon doesnt offer, let me know what that is.
